Pounding Heart...

This is a poem I wrote to my girlfriend Nicole before we even kissed...

I'm sitting

My feet are planted firmly on the ground

My arms are on my lap, signifying that I'm slightly uncomfortable

I'm not sure what to do

I've never met a girl like her

She doesn't realize how perfect she is

But the fact that I know she is puts a lot of stress on me

I wanna make a move

Even if it's just to hold her hand

But I can't!

I can't bring myself to do it, I don't wanna ruin anything

I look to my left

There she sits

Posture perfect

She looks over at me

I'm struck with fear!

Frozen solid in my seat, and I can't look away

My eyes locked onto her beauty

Her dirty blonde hair rests on her shoulders

Behind her glasses she hides vibrant green eyes

I'm freaking out!

What if she thinks I'm one of those creepy guys?

I can't help but stare at her

Her beauty is mesmerizing

Then, as all my fears are going through my mind, she smiles

At this point my heart is pounding and I'm probably perspiring

I feel warm inside

I wonder if she feels the same?

The dark auditorium seemed to glow

The movie seemed to have come to a stop

It was as though time itself had stopped

I can't feel my body

I don't know if I'm smiling back or not?

I hope I am, this is my chance

Before this feeling goes away I need to make my move

She moves closer to me

Moves her right hand into my left, and performs a gentile squeeze

My throat becomes parched as I move closer and bring my right hand to her flawless cheek

She closes her eyes and leans in

I do the same

The kiss feels endless

I don't want it to end

Her pretty pink lips are soft and luscious

I've waited a long time for a girl like her

As we released, I looked her in the eyes

I brushed her hair to the side

Only to kiss her again

Through her kisses I felt pain

Pain that would make her stronger

How anybody could put her through so much pain is beyond me

No one deserves that

Especially not her

She's one of a kind

And hopefully,

Destined to be mine! :)

Congrats!

I just won $100,000 dollars!? If I could truly say or scream something like that, I'd probably have a huge grin on my face. :-D If I had to give half to charity I would definitely give it to the Red Cross. They stand for a really good cause, I know because I was a part of their disaster camp two years ago over summer break. We got to run in a vacant building and hide. Then we pretended that the building was on fire and fire fighters came. They stormed the building trying to find all of us. I hid under ruble so it took them a while to find me. I just thought that was really cool that they would help fire fighters do practice runs. Thats just something we did at the camp, but they do so much more! Now for the half I get to keep.....I would definitely use it to buy a new car! I want a new car so bad, you don't even know! I would also use the money to buy the dogs I want. I want a Dutch Shepherd and a Wolf Hybrid breed dog. I want to train both like police dogs. If I had enough left I'd take them and have them trained at the K9 Academy in Texas! Thats what's up! ;)

A nat at a barbeque!

I get annoyed by everything! One thing that annoys me the most is when you clearly don't want to talk to someone, but they just keep trying to carry on a conversation. You can only ignore someone for so long, after that it just gets irritating!!!! Most of the time i'll just walk away from those people.... but sometimes they catch me when I'm sitting down, so i'll just gesture hints that I'm not in the mood to chat. Rednecks! They are the most annoying people on the planet. Where do they get the idea that its cool to dress like that!? Nobody wears boots anymore, and i had when they bust out the camo! Unless your in the military or hunting, nobody should be wearing it. I also get annoyed when girls can't make a decision! When i ask you where you want to eat, i expect you to answer. Its not a life changing decision! I expect an answer within three seconds. Thats a reasonable amount of time to decide wear you want to eat. We are in Bradenton, there's like three places to eat. It's not difficult!!!

American soldier!!!

Dear American Hero,

If I was in your position and I had to stay overseas for the holidays I'd be pissed! I don't know if they do anything for you soldiers during the holidays when your over there, But I hope they do.... Anything is better than nothing, though it's understood that it's not the same. It isn't the same saying it through a letter, but I appreciate everything you're doing and everything you stand for. If everyone in America had your honor, pride, and courage, the U.S. would be a better place. Unfortunately, not everyone has your guts, so thank you. Thank you for serving our country, thank you for putting your life on the line, thank you for your sacrificing your freedom to save billions of lives....

Gratitude, yeah boy!!!

Gratitude is something I lack. As of this moment I'm only grateful for the time I get to spend with my girlfriend. We work together and sometimes our schedules clash, so time with her is sometimes limited. The time we do spend together though, is amazing! She is so perfect, ask cory, he knows what's up! She has the nicest personality, and everything she does makes me giggle. No girl compares to her in my eyes. I really like her! I proved that to her by waiting for her to date me for a month and a half. It felt like years, but it was so worth it. I'm the happiest i've ever been outside of school. Everyone knows I can't stand school. Now, because of her though, I have to pull my grades up and keep them up. I guess i'll start putting more effort into school, but only because she's important to me.

A true hero!!!

My hero is my assistant manager Charles. He is the most fun person to work with! Charles takes humor to the next level, he doesn't even have to say anything and i'll be killing it!!! He has this facial expression that I call the raider, because its really intense and can make any conversation with him heated (for you). Charles has this saying, "Drama, I don't subscribe to it." That he doesn't, if you have an attitude he won't respond. He's very good with self control, because you can tell he's pissed sometimes but his voice will be calm as ever. I've been trying to play his game and it helps sometimes. A lot of my coworkers think he's an ***h*le, but he isn't! He just doesn't like drama, and he actually does his job efficiently unlike most of the managers. Oh, and by the way, he was in the marines for twenty years, so that should explain his personality. When I have to work with Charles I know it's going to be a good day! :)

Most evil person in Macbeth!?

Lady Macbeth is the most evil person in the the play! DUH! She is one crazy lady, very manipulitive. I'm almost positive that she is very seductive as well, but that wasn't mentioned in the play. Lady Macbeth not only convinced Macbeth that killing Duncan was what had to be done, but she convinced him to do it! Thats freaking crazy, she's working that wipe on him. Lady Macbeth even wished away her emotions so that she wouldn't feel the guilt that was eating her and her husband alive. She would sleep walk and talk. Trying to wash her hands of Duncan's blood and still sub-consciously arguing with Macbeth about the deed.

Air Force!!!

I talked to a recruiter recently about the coast guard, and apparently there is a 1 1/2 waiting list! That's ridiculous! Then again, the coast guard doesn't really need anybody, they're stacked. So it's all good, because, the recruiter suggested the Air Force, of which, is so much better!! They have huge bases, and community colleges on base! I would have to serve 4 years in the Air Force versus 2 years in the Coast Guard. I think it'll be worth it though, 4 years of Military Police will set me up perfectly for the Police Academy! I'm excited, my friend Eric (one of my coworkers) said that the Air Force is where all the hot girls are! Oh snap!!!!!!!!

I can't wait for basic training, it's going to be a blast! If it's not intense I'm going to be pissed!!! Two months of intense physical activity! That's what I'm talking about! Pushups, sit ups, pull ups, running, crunches, etc, etc, etc, and there better be diamond pushups!!!!!! I think there are also times where you sit in a classroom and you have lessons, of which, will be good down time from the workouts :-/ A mix of mental and physical focus is exactly what I'm looking for, the anticipation is killing me!

LOTF spit!

Mitchell and I are doing The LOTF spit for our project! It's an awesome rap written by Mitchell, who of which, would make an amazing rap artist if he decides to pursue something like that. We didn't have many problems, except that we're both slackers and our schedules clashed. Other than that it was all good. It felt like it took us forever to find a beat on garage band that we liked, but it still doesn't really suit the song very well. We still haven't recorded it yet and Mitchell wants me to do a verse so I have to make sure I don't screw up. I feel like we are being rushed and thats not good, you shouldn't rush art ;). Mitchell has a cool writing style and it's different than mine. He kept asking me if it was good and if he needed to change anything, but I thought it was really good and didn't want to intrude on his lines. Mitchell doesn't worry too much about rhyming, which is good sometimes. It worked for the project. I look some form of rhyme scheme and while Mitchell is into writing raps, I'm more poetic.

What if mexico was an island?

What if mexico was an island? Well, we wouldn't have to worry too much about border patrol. Our country wouldn't be having the giant fence along the border thing to worry about! There would probably be more pirates out there, but that would just make sailing around on a ship a little more interesting! It would be a huge island, but an island at that. I'd enjoy sailing around and taking down pirates. If it was a losing battle i'd sink the ship, fake my death, and pop out of nowhere to take control of their ship to watch the ocean turn red. I wonder what the island would look like? Would it be like a desert, as it is now? Or would it take on island characteristics? Would mexican food be the same, or would it be different? I personally don't like mexican food, it's spicy and hot. I can't eat that stuff!!! It messes me up! So if mexican food was more tropical, I'd probably be more into it. A tropical mexico would be paradise! That would be a cool vacation, it'd be like going to hawaii. Except it'd be bigger, better, and hotter!!!!!

The climb!

One major obstacle of mine is LAZINESS! I don't like homework and only do it on occasion. Classwork has to interests me otherwise, I either won't do it or I won't put any effort into it. I'm actually starting to get into this blogging thing, but these writing topics are ridiculous! I hate having to bull-crap through stuff, let us blog about stuff we like. Ask a question but, let us use something we're interested in to answer that question. If you let me talk about something I'm interested in, I might surprise you. I like to research and have been doing it a lot lately. Its random research, like if I hear something cool, i'll just look it up. I've been blogging on this other site recently, about some stuff thats been bothering me and I'm getting a lot of feed back, bad and good. I have also, recently accepted that I have an anger problem. Thats an obstacle that will take a lot of time to get over. Its not hard to control myself when I catch it, but lately, i've just been snapping. I go into these fits of rage and the only way to calm myself is to work it out of my system. I don't like it. its not something I want. I just have to learn to control it.

Freshman welcoming committee!!!

Dear Freshman,

My freshman year went pretty smooth. I worked hard to get honor classes, I was very upset when I didn't get any, seeing how I made straight A's in eighth grade! I used to be able to goof off and get good grades all at once, that changed at the end of sophomore year. I just got lazy and started skipping school, of which, I don't regret. Bowling was way better than algebra! I wouldn't suggest you do this though, because, my GPA has been slowly declining. You have to find something that interests you, I didn't, at least nothing academic. I got into weight lifting. I wouldn't suggest you focus on a sport or physical activity, it takes control. Also, disrespecting your teachers is the wrong thing to do, no matter how much they get under your skin. TRUST ME!!! I can't control it I am like my father but not as bad. I get frustrated and I am a smart ***. He explodes with anger!!! Its crazy! So, it's best to put up with your teachers, that way you stay out of trouble.

When I get out!

My first goal for my senior year is to get out of zoology. She is another Mrs. ********, we don't get along at all and she won't even let me do work. She said "you can't pick and choose assignments!" I was so mad! Another goal is to hit 220 on bench by december, and 250 by the end of the school year. I also want to lose what little bit of belly fat I have left, and it would probably be best if I were to wax my stomach. I have to prepare for the coast guard!!! No time to sit around and play video games, lets get physical!!! I have to start running and doing 100 reps of basic workouts everyday! I plan to build biceps with pushups of all kinds, I love diamonds! Sit ups are what I need to focus on most, and I plan to do so! I have to get that six pack before basic training! Physical activity is motivation for me right now, not school. I don't know why but right now my focus isn't on school, i've tried but it just doesn't happen, I can't focus on school work and I get frustrated and then there are teachers like Mrs. ******* who just push my buttons!
